Turnero uses role-based access control to ensure each team member only sees and can do what their role requires. Every user account is assigned exactly one of three roles: Admin, Ingreso, or Medico. The role determines which navigation items appear, which actions are available, and which pages are accessible.

Role Overview

The Admin role has full access to every administration and configuration module in Turnero. Administrators are responsible for keeping the system configured correctly — registering doctors, defining available appointment slots, and managing who has access to the application. An Admin can:
  • Access all modules: Appointments, Patients, and Administration
  • Create, edit, and delete doctor (medic) profiles
  • Manage appointment time slots (add, edit, or remove available times)
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Assign and change user roles
  • Delete any appointment in the system

Important Notes

User accounts and role assignments are managed exclusively by an Admin. If you need access to a feature that is not visible in your interface, contact your clinic administrator and ask them to review your role assignment.
Roles are assigned per user account, and a user can only hold one active role at a time. If you attempt to navigate to a page that your current role does not permit, Turnero will display an Access Denied page. Do not try to access restricted URLs directly — request the appropriate role from your administrator instead.
