Patient profiles are the foundation of Turnero’s clinical module. Each profile stores the patient’s personal and medical details, and links to all their visits, vaccines, allergies, and more.

Patient Fields

Editing a Patient Record

  1. Locate the patient in the patient list.
  2. Click the edit icon on the patient’s row to open the edit form.
  3. Update any field you need to change.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Searching for a Patient

Use the search box above the patient table to filter the list by name or DNI. Results update as you type, so you can quickly narrow down large patient lists without pressing Enter.

Patient Age Display

Turnero automatically calculates and displays the patient’s age next to their birth date on the detail page. The format adapts to the patient’s age:
  • Newborns and infants — age shown in days or weeks
  • Toddlers — age shown in months
  • Older patients — age shown in years
Always enter the DNI carefully — it is used as a unique identifier when linking appointments and records.
