Turnero’s patient module gives doctors a complete view of each patient’s medical record. From demographics and visit history to vaccines, allergies, and growth charts, all clinical information is stored in one place.

Demographics

Basic info — name, DNI, birth date, blood type, and health insurance details.

Clinical Visits

Visit-by-visit records with diagnosis, treatment plan, and clinical notes.

Medical History

Allergies, vaccines, growth charts, personal background, and perinatal background.

Parents' Data

Guardian contact information, blood types, and occupations for pediatric patients.

Who Can Access Patients

Only users with the Medico (Doctor) role can access the patient module. Front-desk staff (Ingreso) and administrators do not have access to patient records.
Patient data is only accessible to logged-in users with the Medico role. Ensure patients are informed per your clinic’s privacy policy.

Finding a Patient

The patient module opens to a searchable table listing every registered patient. Each row displays the patient’s name, DNI, birth date, and health insurance. Use the search field above the table to filter records by name or DNI — results update as you type.
