Every patient encounter can be recorded as a clinical visit in Turnero. Visit records include the reason for the visit, diagnosis, treatment plan, lab results, and evolution notes, providing a complete longitudinal record of the patient’s care.

Creating a Visit Record

Open the patient's detail page

Navigate to Patients in the main menu and click the patient’s name or row to open their detail page.

Go to the Visits tab

Click the Visits tab on the patient detail page.

Start a new visit

Click New Visit to open the visit creation form.

Fill in the visit details

Complete the visit fields as described in the section below. Visit Date is the only required field.

Save the record

Click Save. The new visit is added to the patient’s visit history immediately.

Viewing Visit History

The Visits tab displays all recorded visits for the patient in chronological order. Each row in the table shows the visit date, reason for the visit, and the doctor who recorded it. Click any row to expand the full details of that visit.
Use the Evolution Notes field to record follow-up observations at subsequent visits so you have a continuous clinical narrative for the patient.
Only users with the Medico role can create or view visit records.
