Turnero’s Administration panel lets you manage all user accounts and control which features each person can access through role assignments. Only users with the Admin role can manage accounts and roles.

Understanding Roles

Turnero has three built-in roles. Each role grants access to a specific set of features.
Full system access. Admins can manage all user accounts, assign roles, create and delete doctor profiles, configure time slots, and view or modify all appointments across the clinic.

Viewing Users

Navigate to Administration → Users to see all registered user accounts. The list displays each account’s username and email address.

Creating a User Account

User accounts are created by a system administrator. Once a user account exists, assign the appropriate role through the Administration panel as described below.
After a user account is created, assign the appropriate role so the user can access the right features:
  1. Go to Administration → Users.
  2. Click Edit next to the user.
  3. Assign the appropriate role (see Assigning Roles below).

2

4

Add or remove users

Check the box next to a user to add them to the role, or uncheck the box to remove them.
5

Click Save to apply your changes. Updated role assignments take effect on the user’s next login.

Deleting a User

  1. Navigate to Administration → Users.
  2. Click Delete next to the user you want to remove.
  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Deleting a user is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure the user has no pending appointments or active records before deleting their account.

Managing Roles

Navigate to Administration → Roles to view all system roles. From this page you can create custom roles or edit existing role names. To create a new role, click Create Role, enter a name, and save. To rename an existing role, click its name and update it on the edit screen.
Renaming or deleting a built-in role (Admin, Ingreso, or Medico) will immediately break access control for every user assigned to that role. Do not modify the names of built-in roles.
